The Future Belongs to Organizations That Rise
Transforming Business Challenges into Opportunities
Transforming Business Challenges into Opportunities
Companies can take several paths to improving business results. Sometimes leaders do not have time to fully vet issues that will carry long-term impact.
The conundrum of working in the business and not on the business is a reality. In that case, many companies will augment their in-house personnel with external consultant expertise.
365Rising delivers multidimensional consultative solutions that strengthen organizational resilience while empowering leaders to drive meaningful change. The name signals upward movement—continuous rising—and reflects the company’s mission to help clients build capacity, agility, and confidence every single day.

The vision for 365Rising began long before it had a name.
In the Portfolio Spotlight section of this site, I share moments, memories, and milestones—captured through video and photos—that shaped the heart of my work. These experiences reflect the resilience, purpose, and determination that inspired me to build an organization committed to helping individuals, organizations, and communities rise with intention.
My experiences across industry have reinforced one truth: when people are equipped with the right tools, they rise. This platform stands as an invitation to rise. It is built for leaders, learners, and changemakers who are ready to step into their next level with intention and courage.
Thank you for joining me in this work — the journey ahead is powerful!

From familiarization tours to event promotion, the early years were alive with discovery—each moment unfolding like a new chapter in an adventure. From immersive familiarization tours that opened doors to fresh perspectives, to dynamic event promotions that sparked excitement and drew communities together, those formative experiences laid the groundwork for a journey defined by curiosity, creativity, and bold forward motion.
A signature business development initiative in collaboration with Bahamas Ministry of Tourism Office Atlanta. The Global Business Summit was an expedition into the realm of global commerce where strategy becomes a compass and business development the engine that propels leaders toward new horizons and supply chain partners. Launched in Atlanta, Georgia, Grand Bahama Island was the ideal setting for knowledge exchange and discovery for conferees.
An amazing experience learning about business development and sustainability from the Swedish perspective.
Visiting China during the "One Belt, One Road" initiative was an unforgettable immersion into a nation in motion—an encounter with strategy unfolding in real time, where infrastructure, innovation, and global ambition converged to reshape the world’s economic landscape.
The most significant activities that stood out for me were climbing the Great Wall of China and exploring the Terracotta Warriors, each offering a powerful window into the resilience, ingenuity, and strategic brilliance that shaped China’s cultural and historical identity.
I had strategic opportunities to represent ABAC during my tenure, advancing the institution’s mission through public engagement, academic leadership, and high‑impact partnerships that strengthened our visibility and broadened our reach.
An emerging leader, Ms. Tanisha Johnson, invited me to speak about aspects of advising in the academic setting. Her initiative reflected both strategic awareness and a commitment to strengthening student success through informed, collaborative practice.
Because teaching and learning move in tandem, this work deepens understanding for both educator and student—creating a dynamic exchange where insight grows, curiosity expands, and knowledge becomes a living, evolving force in the classroom.
The Enactus business club was chartered at ABAC in 2014 under my leadership. We launched with momentum, beginning a student‑driven initiative rooted in community problem‑solving and designed to generate meaningful impact through youth entrepreneurship.
Students from the Stafford School of Business presented their project at the Enactus National Competition in 2015. They refined the project in 2017 and won an award, along with a $3500 check.
